Econowiper

The Econowiper is a wiping type herbicide applicator for economically controlling weeds growing above any crop with a non-selective herbicide.

Design has been kept very simple with no attached tanks, pumps, or ropes. The Econowiper consists of a perforated plastic pipe reservoir covered tightly with two layers of a selected absorbent canvas wiping surface, a rate of flow control valve, and clear end liquid sight glass. Solution is gravity fed through the holes to soak the entire wiping surface. Flow can be adjusted for thicker or thinner weed densities, faster or slower travel speed, or shut off completely when stopped by regulating the amount of air that can enter the pipe. On the go changes of flow rate can be made with a single valve at the operator's seat.

The Econowiper is the popular standard of performance and simplicity. With its greater wiping surface, short wicking distance, and adjustable flow rate, the Econowiper will provide better weed coverage with a weaker solution at a single pass without dripping, thus saving time, chemical cost and crop damage. The Econowiper has proven to be an effective way to wipe out problem weeds with the simplest design and ease of operation and lowest per acre cost available.
